 "This company is awesome. I booked months in advance and the price beat most other companies I looked at. When we dropped the car off the place was secure and the staff was friendly. We immediately boarded a comfortable shuttle that took us to the entrance of the cruise terminal. When our cruise was over we walked out and immediately we boarded the shuttle back to our car. In 10 minutes we drove away in our car that had been protected in Falstaff's covered and secure lot. What an easy and affordable transaction. "I can keep this short and sweet. Overall a great and exceptional experience. The building doesn't look like much from the outside, shady looking run down area, and it's an old weathered building. However on the inside, it is great; with new concrete pads for parking, wide spaces, and plenty of room for movement. Excellent security, you can observe numerous cameras covering all the areas. The team did a great job with no more than a five minute wait for bus transportation to or from the terminal. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. So don't judge by the outside and give the place a go, it was a great experience and about $15 bucks cheaper than any other choice for indoor parking. "Had an awesome experience parking here!!  Booking was simple and straightforward, they have nice big clean bathrooms (important when you have little kids), and super friendly staff.  Indoor parking was important to me, so I was extra pleased that the prices were lower than most of the outside lots! It was such an easy process: while was checking in with the cashier, they unloaded our luggage. By the time I had parked and walked the short distance to the loading area, our bags were already on the shuttle! Our shuttle driver, Ms. Terry, was super friendly and joked around with the kids. My boys loved her!  Getting back was even easier as they picked us up from the terminal and dropped us off in no time. The kids insisted on handing our drivers the tips themselves." - Theresa, Yelp
