Falstaff Cruise FAQs

How often do the shuttles run?

The shuttles run on a continuous loop all day. It generally takes them between 15-20 minutes to make a full loop from the terminal to the facility and back again.

I'm in a wheelchair, is there a handicap shuttle?

Yes, we have ADA capable shuttles!

Will my car be safe while I'm gone?

Our facility is locked and secured when operations are complete for the day. For added protection, we have motion activated cameras throughout that are monitored 24/7 with a direct line of communication to the Galveston Police Department.

Do you offer promo codes?

YES! We offer seasonal promo codes from time to time. Be sure to follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with our offers or check our Google Business listing!

Do I need to drop off my luggage at the ship first?

Nope! Our shuttles will transport your luggage and your crew so there is no need to wait in any extra lines!

I'm in a larger vehicle, can I still park?

Our parking spaces are sized according to DOT standards. Larger SUV's, trucks and vans will fit just fine.

We are coming in an RV; do you have a spot for us?

For RV's and buses, we have  a secured parking area to accommodate! Be sure to book your reservation for an oversize vehicle to avoid any additional charges upon your arrival.

I am sailing on back-to-back cruises, how do I make a reservation?

JEALOUS! If you're sailing on back to back cruses, please book two separate reservations for the dates of your itinerary. If you need any assistance, please contact our manager at  jmarines@metropolis.io !

Do you offer any discounts for travel agents?

While we do no offer a traditional discount for travel agents, we do have a travel agent reward program for those who book multiple cruises for themselves and their clients. For program details, please contact our manager,  jmarines@metropolis.io !

Is there a special rate for crew members that work on the ships?

We understand that crew members need parking  for much longer than your average cruiser and have a special rate just for you! For pricing and requirements, please contact our manager,  jmarines@metropolis.io!

I forgot to print my luggage tags, what do I do?!

This happens! No worries, upon arrival at the cruise terminal just let your driver know and they can call a porter over for you who can provide blank ones to fill out.

I accidentally deleted my confirmation email, what do I do?!

OH NO! Not to worry, when you pull up to the facility just let our cashier know and show them your state issued photo ID and they can pull up your name on our master list!

I left an item on the shuttle, how do I get it back?

Any items left at our facility are kept safe and secure in our manager's office! Simply reach out to Jennifer to work out details for retrieval! jmarines@metropolis.io 

I need to cancel my reservation, how can I do that?

We miss you already and hate to see you go! We understand that life happens, to cancel an existing reservation just click on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please note that there is a $35 cancellation fee for any reservations cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival date.

Do you offer a military discount?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any military discounts at this time.

Why do I have to pay a shuttle fee?

The Port of Galveston charges a fee for every trip our shuttle makes through the cruise terminal. After careful deliberation over the last several months, we have regrettably come to the conclusion of passing a nominal portion of this fee in order to avoid raising our competitively based prices.
